Randal Lee Von Seggern, PharmD, CPP
Dr. Von Seggern received his BS from Ferris State University and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist and licensed Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner through the NC Medical Board. After 10 years of clinical hospital practice, he has served as Director of Research since 1994. Dr. Von Seggern has over 20 years of practice as Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator; thus, well qualified to lead PharmQuest in over 100 various clinical trials.
Alexander V. Murray, MD
Dr. Murray received his BS from Davidson College and MD degree from the University of Virginia, School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, and has been certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1986. After 20 years of clinical practice, Dr. Murray joined PharmQuest as full time, on-site Medical Director of Research in 2006. Dr. Murray has over 15 years of experience as a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator on over 100 various clinical trials.
Susanne M. Stuckey, CCRC
Susanne has been a clinical research coordinator with PharmQuest since 1994. She received her certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in 1998 and has 20 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator.
Michele R. Foster, RN, BSN
Michele received her nursing degree from the University of Florida at Gainesville in 1984. Michele has been with Pharmquest for 15 years as a clinical research coordinator. For the last 3 years, she has served as Pharmquest's Recruitment Specialist.
Ann H. Paquette, RN, BSN
Ann received her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1979. She joined PharmQuest in 2014 and has 2 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator.
Sharon H. Debnam, RN, BSN
Sharon earned her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1983. She comes to us with 18 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
Cheri has served as our Regulatory Administrator since 2012 and is responsible for gathering and maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation for regulatory filings. She prepares and submits all regulatory documents, along with the necessary accompanying documentation, to assure a smooth and timely turnaround of submission and approval of documents. After submission, the progress of the documentation review is tracked and monitored to ensure the timely startup of the trial.
Tina Nogues, CMA
Tina joined PharmQuest in July 2016. She received her AA in Medical Assisting with Certification in 1996 from Miller Motts Business College in Wilmington, NC. She has been in various medical settings for over 18years.
Pharmquest also employees a recruitment assistant and a phlebotomist.
The clinical staff has annual training and certification in IATA, CPR, OSHA and GCP. The staff is accustomed to various EDCs, ECGs, IVRS/IWRS, e-diaries and web portals.
