Michele Foster, RN, BSN, CCRC
Michele received her nursing degree from the University of Florida at Gainesville in 1984. She joined PharmQuest in 2001 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Since 2013, she has primarily served as PharmQuest’s Research Study Educator. Michele earned her CCRC certification in 2020.
Sharon Debnam, RN, BSN
Sharon earned her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1983. She has been a Clinical Research Coordinator since 1999 and has worked at PharmQuest since 2013.
Cheri Albright
Cheri has served as our Regulatory Administrator and Office Manager since 2012. As a Regulatory Administrator, she is responsible for gathering and maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation for regulatory filings. She prepares and submits all regulatory documents, along with the necessary accompanying documentation, to assure a smooth and timely turnaround of submission and approval of documents. After submission, the progress of the documentation review is tracked and monitored to ensure the timely startup of the trial.
Tina Nogues, CMA
Tina joined PharmQuest in July 2016. She received her MA in Medical Assisting with Certification in 1996 from Miller Motts Business College in Wilmington, NC. She was in various medical settings for over 18 years prior to joining PharmQuest as one of our research coordinators.
Heather Klecka, CMA
Heather graduated from Guilford Tech Community College in 2003. She worked as a CMA in family practice until she joined PharmQuest in 2020 as a research coordinator.
Karen Temple, RN
Karen graduated from Western Carolina in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then earned her nursing degree in 2009. Karen has been a clinical research coordinator since 2011 and joined our team in 2022.
Part Time Staff: PharmQuest also employees a financial manager, an administrative assistant, and three phlebotomists.
Additional Training: The clinical staff has annual training and certification in IATA, CPR, OSHA and GCP. The staff is accustomed to various EDCs, ECGs, IVRS/IWRS, e-diaries and web portals.
